      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with contract requirements
      - Review recurring maintenance reports for completeness, quality, accuracy, and contract compliance
      - Coordinate maintenance visit notifications and ensure documentation in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
      - Document inspection dates and maintenance report submission and approval dates
      - Attend project update meetings and conduct initial site visits as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two or more years of scheduling or maintenance management experience, or five to ten years of applicable education/military service
      - Bachelor’s degree or greater; technical degrees, including project management, are preferred
      - Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Project
      - Ability to read and interpret government contract language in Performance Work Statements (PWS)
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with QuickBase, eMaint, MaintainX, Timberland, Primavera, or similar software for managing information and schedules
      - Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to invoicing and revenue
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage workload priorities
