      As a member of the Maintenance Staff you will provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Maintain the physical hotel property and grounds. Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in a manner responsive to guest satisfaction and to the preservation of Company assets in a safe, cost- effective manner. Occasionally responsible for routine custodial duties as required or assigned.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Previous Maintenance experience required.
      • Experience in a Customer Service related field.
      • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
