What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize ServiceNow to create, track, and manage incidents and work orders
- Provide level 1 troubleshooting for networked equipment to assist store personnel
- Proactively monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Answer incoming calls and process rejected work orders efficiently
- Conduct onsite support visits to stores in the neighboring area once per quarter
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on issue resolution
- Ability to communicate technical procedures to non-technical audiences
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Willingness to work through communication barriers and adapt to various situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Bilingual skills
- Familiarity with troubleshooting HVAC and fuel systems
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
