      Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Insurance!

      The position manages a reviewing case effectively determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and recording case notes.

      Responsibilities

      • Summarize claimant's pertinent medical information

      • Recommend reasonable limitations and restrictions with reasonable duration as supported by medical documents and claimant information

      • Provide recommendations for follow-up documentation

      • Collaborate with Onshore Case Managers as needed in order to validate accuracy of recommendations.

      • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to compliance requirements within the client environment.

      Qualifications we seek in you!

      Minimum qualifications

      • Have qualified experience in fields such as neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, rheumatology, or oncology.

      • Be able to resolve conflict if a difference of opinion arises.

      • Eye for details and has good analytical skills

      • Communicate and relate well at all levels, both internally and externally

      • A proactive approach to work showing initiative and a positive attitude

      • Work under pressure and meet campaign KPI’s

      • With high level of confidentiality and professionalism

      • Computer skills – MS office functions

      • Excellent communication skills – comprehension, articulation, effective listening and written

      Preferred qualifications

      • Has significant years of working experience as a Nurse Case Manager in the disability field (insurance/healthcare).

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, though an associate degree can be acceptable if all other qualifications are met.

      • Experience: Has relevant hospital or clinical experience in relevant medical fields

      • Professional Certification: Active RN license in US
