- 50% - Planning & Alignment - Ensure team can effectively partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Events, etc.) to manage intake, clarify scope, set priorities, and align timelines for creative requests. Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable creative project plans. Coordinate resource planning, ensuring workloads are balanced and aligned to priorities. Support capacity planning by gathering inputs, identifying risks, and flagging bandwidth challenges to leadership.
- 50% - Project Management & Creative Asset Development - Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring assets delivered according to brief, on brand, and delivered on time. Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and reporting for assigned workstreams, providing clear visibility to stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day progress, troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and ensure deadlines are met across teams. Enforce frameworks for briefs, reviews, and approvals to keep projects moving efficiently. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce friction, and scale creative output in partnership with leadership and peers.

- No travel required
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Position Purpose:
The Manager, Creative Operations leads a highly skilled team responsible for organizing, coordinating, and driving creative production from intake through delivery. The role manages workflows, timelines, and resources to ensure high-quality, on-time execution across assigned channels and audiences. The Manager oversees the full creative development process—including planning, intake, production, and delivery—while aligning priorities with business objectives and ensuring resources are effectively allocated. Managers ensure creative outputs meet briefs and are delivered on budget. Role consults with stakeholders across production, marketing, creative, agency partners, media and others when appropriate to develop solutions to project and campaign objectives.
This Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and productivity of the creative team. Through process governance and continuous optimization, the Manager, Creative Operations enhances the team's ability to scale effectively, meet strategic objectives, and support the brand's vision.
