  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Supervise teams of software engineers and data scientists in the development, testing, and support of software products
  - Manage and prioritize the technical backlog, ensuring clarity and completion of tasks

  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
  - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  - Strong technical understanding of full-stack, cloud-native software development tools and technologies (C#, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL/SQL Server, AWS)
  - Experience with test automation strategies and modernizing legacy test infrastructures
  - Proven ability to manage distributed or offshore engineering teams effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience leading teams through legacy system modernization and not just greenfield projects
  - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts to effectively lead technical teams
  - Proven ability to identify and address production pain points to improve products
  - Strong track record of building systems and investing in team capabilities over individual heroics
  - Experience managing team dynamics and conflicts effectively
