      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure exceptional customer service
      - Collaborate with various departments on strategic account plans to enhance customer retention and growth
      - Manage account escalations to ensure timely and well-coordinated resolutions
      - Develop Success Plans with customers, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators
      - Advocate for customer needs across different departments and provide insights on new features

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience as a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or in a related customer-facing technical role
      - 3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams
      - Practical understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
      - Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their associated security considerations
      - B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CSP-level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer)
      - Proven track record of mentoring and managing high-performing technical teams
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
