      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers
      - Oversee technical relationships for the employer’s largest enterprise customers
      - Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges and high-impact customer situations
      - Partner with Product and Engineering to bring customer insights into roadmap prioritization
      - Define success metrics for the TAM function and track performance across customer outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect
      - 2+ years of experience managing or leading technical customer-facing teams
      - Strong understanding of modern data technologies, including SQL and cloud data warehouses
      - Proven ability to coach and develop technical talent while driving customer outcomes
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data & AI observability, monitoring, or analytics SaaS platforms
      - Experience scaling customer-facing teams in a high-growth startup environment
      - Familiarity with enterprise customer success motions and complex account management
