      Duly’s Value-Based Care organization is dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery by emphasizing quality outcomes and patient-centric approaches. Reporting to the VP of Value Based Care Payer Operations & Strategy, the VBC Operations Manager will support value-based care initiatives by providing oversight for large, complex projects, impacting cross functional departments throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of multiple, simultaneous projects aligned with VBC strategies, commitment, and goals.


      Responsibilities

      Lead, develop and manage project objectives, governance, and plans

      • Drive the successful execution of multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
      • Define, manage, and meet project timelines and due date.
      • Own the day-to-day detailed aspects of assigned projects to ensure successful completion.

      Collaborate with key stakeholders, executives, and team members to ensure execution

      • Develop, maintain and ensure accuracy of project documentation, including goals, milestones, and deliverables
      • Communicate project objectives, progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders
      • Deliver project status reports

      Identify and resolve issues; manage dependencies to ensure timely execution

      • Partner with stakeholders to identify, manage, and resolve potential risks
      • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects according to agreed upon scope and budget

      Ad-hoc responsibilities and projects

      • Assist with as-needed priorities, such as new or additional projects, or short-term ownership
      • Partner with select senior leads to provide support on emerging opportunities

      Qualifications

      EDUCATION:

      • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field required.

      EXPERIENCE:

      • 3+ years’ previous experience in project management working with multiple departments and stakeholders (healthcare projects preferred).
      • 1+ years Healthcare experience preferred.

      The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $116K-$174K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
