      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, including scoping, planning, and execution
      - Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring integration of analytic output and client satisfaction
      - Build trusted advisory relationships with senior executives and facilitate strategic planning meetings
      - Develop enterprise payer and provider strategies and synthesize analyses into executive recommendations
      - Advise clients on payer-provider partnerships and organizational capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MPP) strongly preferred
      - 6–10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy consulting or payer/provider enterprise strategy required
      - Deep understanding of healthcare markets, economics, regulatory dynamics, and payer-provider business models
      - Demonstrated experience leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships
      - Ability to travel (50%) as needed for client engagements required
