The Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) is a contract for maintenance, sustainment, operations, and support of Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), Live-Fire Ranges, and Instrumentation Systems. The ATMP portfolio includes ~250,000 live, virtual, constructive, and gaming TADSS located at 422 sites worldwide.
The primary customer is PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. PEO STRI’s published vision for ATMP is integrated, one-stop, world-wide maintenance and sustainment for Army Program of Record (POR) TADSS.
This position is for a Site Leader at Marana and Fort Huachuca. Candidates will have knowledge of UMS, UH-72, UH-60, AVCATT platforms.
Includes, but not limited to: Oversight of two separate installations and the management of 7+ personnel. Maintain a safe working environment. Provide timely reports to include, timesheets, inventory control, travel related expense documentation, and employee relations and mentorship. Provides instruction support to the UMS, UH-72, UH-60, AVCATT platforms. Verbally brief, instruct, and physically demonstrate use of simulator systems to the customer base. Support to successfully achieve customer-based training objective. Use specialized computer software and/or hardware to develop, integrate and edit instructional text, audio, graphics, and video for interactive presentations. Ensure that all maintenance actions have been completed by reviewing the work orders in the MIS. Inputting data in MIS. May be required to support other devices and will be cross-trained, as needed. Must be able to conduct Quality Assurance checks on all devices.
*US citizenship is required. Prior knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) ad requirements therein.
Ability to operate in a virtual and matrix organization.
Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of all functions
Experience developing and executing strategy.
Strong process discipline with focus on efficiency and optimization.
Must be a US citizen. Aviation skills and knowledge
Able to travel when needed
