      Req#: MARKE002482
We are seeking a critical technical partner to join our team as a Marketing Automation Specialist specializing in Marketo. This role is designed for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented professional eager to maximize the power of a premier platform like Marketo and scale our global marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role focused on enterprise-level operations where your technical expertise and love for data will directly translate into millions of exceptional travel experiences for our members.

      What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing Operations, you will build, maintain, and optimize our Marketo ecosystem by diving into high-impact enterprise operations:

      • Marketo Architect: Build, test, and deploy sophisticated program logic, nurturing flows, and smart lists.
      • System Integrator: Support new brands and partners by ensuring smooth integration and operation following best practices.
      • Orchestrator of Systems: Govern automated workflows and oversee "agents" that identify at-risk customers or high-intent leads to execute real-time interventions.
      • The Go-Between: Serve as a key liaison between Marketing and IT, specifically assisting with the setup of crucial email security settings and lead sharing protocols.
      • Data Detective: Pull campaign insights and ensure data accuracy for precise targeting. You will use tools like Excel (including Pivot Tables) and context engineering to ensure automated outputs are accurate and personalized.
      • Email Expert: Serve as the final technical authority on responsive email templates, utilizing HTML/CSS to troubleshoot functionality issues and apply proven email marketing methodologies.
      • Technical Problem Solver: Resolve technical issues and monitor autonomous models to ensure they stay within brand guardrails and compliance standards.

What You'll Bring to the Journey

We are looking for an execution-focused builder who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and communicates proactively.

      • 2+ Years of Hands-On Marketing Automation Experience: Experience with Marketo is highly preferred. Significant experience with other enterprise platforms (Hubspot, Eloqua, etc.) coupled with a strong desire to master Marketo will be considered.
      • Automation Builder: Proven experience building and setting up complex, multi-step automation programs.
      • Code Comfort: Solid HTML/CSS skills for responsive email design and troubleshooting.
      • Growth Mindset: A strong desire to expand technical skills into areas like APIs, Webhooks, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and advanced Marketo functionality.
      • Education: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
