In this role, youll help bring ambitious marketing strategies to life supporting key divisions across the business and playing a vital part in driving lead generation and brand awareness with our target audiences. Working closely with teams across the organisation and reporting to the Marketing Manager, youll deliver impactful campaigns, contribute fresh ideas, and use insight to continuously improve results.       Job responsibilities

      What you'll be working:

      This is a 12 month fixed term contract working 37.5 hours per week. The role is remote with travel to our sites and head office in Waterloo.

      What you'll be doing:

      • Bring marketing strategies to life – supporting key divisions with activity that drives visibility, engagement, and growth
      • Plan, deliver, and continuously optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the full customer journey
      • Collaborate with external agency partners and internal specialists to deliver high-quality, on-brand activity
      • Create and manage impactful marketing assets and communications, including email campaigns, collateral, and audience-led content
      • Write, edit, and refine compelling copy across digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging
      • Lead the planning and delivery of industry events, awards, sponsorships, and engagement initiatives that strengthen our market presence
      • Contribute to engaging social media activity, including supporting the creation of dynamic video content
      • Partner closely with Business Development, Operations, and wider teams to align marketing with commercial priorities and revenue growth
      • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance – turning data into actionable insights that improve results

      What you'll have:

      • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification)
      • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
      • Experience within healthcare or similar sectors is essential
      • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective multi-channel marketing activity that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition
      • Confident copywriter, able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, channels, and objectives
