What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and drive effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote member awareness, consideration, selection, engagement, loyalty, and advocacy
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Segment member audiences and personalize key messaging and touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guide members through the healthcare journey
- Leverage insights to develop key performance indicators and track campaign performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 4-6 years of marketing, advertising, or communications experience
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or GA4 a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Up-to-date on the latest marketing and industry trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a marketing strategist in a healthcare-related industry
