  Job Description

  We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Entry-to-Mid Level Masonry Tender to support our masonry crews throughout Los Angeles County. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a long-term career in the masonry trade. The position offers steady year round work, no layoffs, and provides a clear pathway for growth. High performing employees will have the opportunity to advance and receive hands on training toward becoming a mason.

  Responsibilities

  Unload, carry, and stock block, brick, stone, and other materials

  Dig trenches and prepare work areas

  Push wheelbarrows and transport materials across the job site

  Mix mud and mortar to proper consistency

  Cut materials using hand tools or power tools

  Operate forklifts and boom lifts if certified

  Set up and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently

  Assist masons and help maintain a clean, organized job site

  Requirements

  Must have the following tools:

  Tape measure

  Marker

  Brick hammer

  Wire reel

  Pliers

  Additional requirements:

  Willingness to work at various job sites across Los Angeles County

  Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude

  Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all conditions

  Reliable transportation to and from job sites

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $34.00/hr.
