      Main Tasks

      • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

        • Uses a forklift and other powered or non-powered equipment to pull and ready product for shipment to customers or other company locations.
        • Documents materials and records units delivered and location of units.
        • Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
        • Pulls and stages finished goods, and follows picking instructions for proper shipment preparation.
        • Assures accuracy of product types and quantities for the customer's purchase order.
        • Keeps inventory, warehouse/working areas, and machinery clean.
        • Communicates product shortages and product damages to the Supervisor or Assistant.
        • Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.

        REQUIREMENTS:

        • Have an understanding of warehouse management systems. Proven ability to work independently, and accurately.
        • Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
        • Ability to read and analyze Information
        • Knowledge of inventory control
        • Mathematical skills to calculate material needs
        • Must speak, read, and write English to satisfy job requirements.
        • Forklift certification required
        • Education: High School Diploma
