      Summary:

      We are seeking summer interns to support our business over 8-10 weeks in a variety of locations focused on: Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, Analytics, Sales, Research & Development, and Safety.

      A few of our roles include:

      Commercial Excellence Intern: This internship will blend project management, analytics, process optimization, and enablement, giving you an opportunity to apply classroom theory & case studies to real-world challenges. You won’t simply write the plan for improvements; you will also help drive the change. This is a strategic, high-impact experience for an MBA student who wants to apply analytical thinking and process improvement skills in a commercial setting.

      Engineering Intern: This internship will lead product development projects. During your 12 weeks in this role, you will actively participate in all aspects of development projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with technical operations on an assigned product/technology development or an application/product engineering project. You will report to the Technical Manager and will work closely with the Tekni-Plex’s business unit and corporate leadership teams.

      Quality Assurance Intern: This internship is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and exposure to quality systems, inspections, documentation, and problem-solving tools used in the packaging industry.

      Human Resource Intern: This internship is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a HR Intern. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. During your time in this role, you will actively participate in building HR processes and guidelines along with various other HR administrative duties. You will have the opportunity to interface with subject matter experts within the function as well as engage with HR team members in the field.

      Product Development Intern: This internship is seeking a Co-op Intern to assist in leading new product development projects, while also supporting several continuous improvement initiatives. During your 12 weeks in this role, you will actively participate in all aspects of new product development projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with NPD Project Engineers on assigned product/technology development projects.
