  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
  - Process high volumes of prescription information with speed and accuracy
  - Collaborate with clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to address patient needs
  - Perform claim adjudication, prior authorizations, and billing checks
  - Maintain patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be 18 years of age or older
  - High school diploma or GED required
  - Prior experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
  - Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy preferred
  - Ability to work in an office-based (or remote) setting for extended periods
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
  - Strong drug knowledge and pharmacy billing knowledge
  - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  - Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare providers
  - Passion for helping others and enriching their lives
