Job Description
- Req#: 80680
- Assist in the design of mechanical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, for a range of institutional, commercial, and residential projects.
- Support calculations, modeling, and system sizing using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project managers to deliver coordinated, integrated designs.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
- Perform site visits, construction reviews, and field investigations to support project delivery.
- Apply sustainable design principles to help advance decarbonization and energy efficiency goals.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary design meetings and support project documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Eligibility for Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) status with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
- Knowledge of mechanical building systems and applicable codes/standards.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Interest in sustainable and low‑carbon mechanical system design.

MB & ON: $60,900 – $83,800
