What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process medical claims efficiently and accurately
- Resolve billing issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide assistance and guidance in medical billing processes
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Coach physicians on OHIP Billing procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven OHIP Billing work experience of 2+ years
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Great attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of certified courses in Medical Billing or equivalent
- Prior remote work experience
