- Ser responsable de la gobernanza médica en GSK Chile, Ecuador y Perú (organización)
- Trabajar mano a mano con el Director Médico en temas de Gobernanza Médica y Asuntos Médicos.
- Revisión periódica de los mapas de riesgos del Departamento médico para brindar soporte al director médico en el análisis y plan de mitigación de los riesgos identificados. Realización de actividades de Management Monitoring para actividades de Medical Governance, y tracking de CAPAs emergentes en LSP según la planificación anual. Ser líder de procesos de auditoría interna y externa del Departamento Médico.
- Adaptación y Desarrollo de los estándares operativos del Departamento Médico.
- Proporcionar apoyo a la gestión de proyectos y liderar proyectos tácticos de mejora continua según sea necesario y de acuerdo con los principios y metodologías de ADP. Gestión de métricas de las actividades del Departamento médico: manejo de herramientas corporativas para tal fin, seguimiento, escalamiento de issues. Entrenamiento al staff médico en modos de reporte y desviaciones con respecto a los planes de interacciones médicas
- Mantiene permanente flujo de comunicación con las estructuras above country de Medical Operations y Medical Excellence.
- Apoyar el ciclo de planificación estratégica anual, monitoreando el desempeño del seguimiento. Garantizar estándares y entregas consistentes e impulsar la mejora del desempeño en todo el equipo.
- Conocimiento en seguridad de productos farmacéuticos y comprensión de las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de productos.
- Buenas habilidades de organización/autogestión.
- Buenas habilidades de gestión de personas.
- Profesional universitario como medico, Bioquímica, farmacia, Odontología y/o afines
- 2 años en puestos vinculados a calidad, medical governance o farmacovigilancia
- Manejo de paquete Microsoft Office en forma avanzado.
- Ingles avanzado.
El objetivo clave de esta función es contribuir a la reducción del riesgo organizacional en la Gobernanza Médica, incluida la información médica (MI), los asuntos médicos y la investigación clínica dentro de GSK para Chile, Ecuador y Perú. Este rol trabajará con el Director Médico para liderar y facilitar las actividades de Gobernanza y Operaciones médicas de la dirección médica de GSK en Chile, Ecuador y Perú.
