- Oversees daily office operations and delegates authority to assigned staff.
- Develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary.
- Ensures that office is staffed appropriately. Oversees office payroll and leave records.
- Oversees and ensures that daily operations operate according to office procedures.
- Responsible for supervising accounts receivable posting/balancing, reviewing and processing delinquent accounts for proper handling or payment arrangements, collections, or indigent follow-up.
- Responsible for review, coding and timely return of invoices to accounting.
- Works closely with Practice Manager.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
•Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
•Minimum Years of Experience: One year of experience working in a medical/physician practice setting
•Substitutable Education & Experience: None
•Required Certifications/Licensure: None
•Required Training: Medical Terminology, ICD-9, and CPT coding experienceEssential Functions
