What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategy and execute tactics within key accounts to generate product utilization
- Establish and foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals in Allergy, Immunology, and Otolaryngology
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and other teams to proactively address customer needs
- Analyze market dynamics and trends to develop strategies supporting brand objectives
- Participate in initiatives to support sales success, including industry congresses and medical conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree; a master's degree or advanced education/certifications are a plus
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology and/or ENT market or a similar specialty market
- Demonstrated success and consistent sales performance in complex markets
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
- Strong commitment to ethics and compliance in sales practices
