      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build trust and educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional insurance offerings
      - Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits
      - Self-generate sales and meet performance goals to expand the employer's market presence
      - Engage with customers via in-person, virtual, and phone interactions
      - Participate in community service and local events to strengthen relationships and visibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Health Insurance License
      - Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community
      - Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions and engaging with the community
      - Experience in community engagement through service or retail environments
      - Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
      - 1+ years of experience selling Medicare products
      - Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations
      - Familiarity with Salesforce & CRM systems
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
