      Merchandiser Repair Technician

      Job Description:

      Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, this position is responsible for repairing and maintaining Arctic Glacier’s ice merchandisers at the facility and customer locations.

      Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Follow and implement ULC guidelines.
      • Services calls and repairs on in-store merchandisers break downs.
      • Refurbishes all merchandisers coming in from the field.
      • Repairs and maintains special event trailers.
      • Creates positive customer relationships with clients.
      • Able to demonstrate the commitment to Arctic Glacier’s Management Systems: Quality/Food Safety, Environment Health, Safety and Health, and the Leadership Principles utilized by Arctic for managing and improvement.
      • Other duties may be assigned.

      Salary: $26.00-$28.00 / hour CAD

      Candidate Qualifications:

      • ODP card would be an asset
      • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role with refrigeration equipment.
      • Must possess a driver’s license minimum class G.
      • Ability to work with power tools.
      • Strong customer service skills.
      • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
      • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
      • Excellent organization and time management skills.
      • Capacity to problem solve while addressing safety hazards.
      • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
