What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Experience drafting moderate to complex agreements
- Knowledge of FAR Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement, and INCOTERMS 2020
- Ability to lead negotiations and influence organizational objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of international contracting and Intellectual Property regulations
- Certification in DAWIA, FAC-C, or equivalent
- Experience with Salesforce and PowerBi
- Negotiation experience with strategic Industrial Participation Agreements
