      What You’ll Do

      As a Millwright/Rigger, you’ll be part of a respected team supporting industrial customers across the local area and Midwest. You’ll work on projects that keep manufacturing and production facilities running smoothly. Your day-to-day includes:

      • Safely moving, installing, aligning, and anchoring industrial equipment
      • Reading blueprints to ensure precise machinery placement
      • Performing preventive maintenance and equipment setup
      • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues
      • Working with hydraulics, electrical systems, rigging, and welding
      • Collaborating closely with your crew to complete projects efficiently

      ⚙️ What You Bring

      • Class A CDL (air brake + manual endorsements strongly preferred)
      • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
      • Experience with machine assembly, moving, or maintenance
      • Welding and rigging experience
      • Mechanical aptitude and a strong safety mindset
      • Comfort working 50–60 hours per week with 2–3 overnights per month
      • A team-first attitude

      Consistent Hours + Overtime Pay

      Monday–Friday schedule

      Typical shift: 6:00 AM – 5–7 PM

      Overtime available and paid weekly.
