Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician - Night shift

Job Description
- Req#: 83796
- Effectively support manufacturing operations at all times and participate in improvement activities to enhance business performance
- Review new plant, equipment, and production lines with lessons learnt process; modify and improve current performance
- Maximise plant uptime by ensuring efficient repairs and record, analyse, and action all breakdowns through team members
- Educate and support team members; advise Technical Services Manager on training needs and strive for excellence in all business areas
- Advise on spares and place orders for present and future needs
- Ensure statutory and in-house requirements are observed per Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy
- Responsible for WPO (Work Place Organisation) in Technical Service area using 5S methodologies
- Be flexible to support outside normal hours and respond to call-outs when necessary
- NVQ Level 3, ONC, or City & Guilds Level 3 qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical role
- Relevant training certificates demonstrating technical competence
- Knowledge of 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations would be preferred
- Basic knowledge in Siemens S7
- Proven problem-solving skills within a high-volume production environment
- Self-motivation and self-driven
- Full, valid driving licence
