Job Description
- Req#: R-0000155605
- Process all Mutual Fund Transactions for individual, accredited and institutional investors
- Verify that all proper paperwork is received and complete; also ensure that appropriate follow-up takes place for any outstanding issues
- Ensure that all compliance and procedures are accurate
- Document and update procedure manuals and workbooks where required
- Represent the team in various working groups
- Act a strong resource and support for Staff Members
- Post-Secondary Education
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint and the Internet
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience processing financial transactions, performing quality assurance checks and being able to interpret complex instructions
- Experience processing corporate, institutional and trust accounts, RRSP, RESP, RRIF and TFSA products within a back office environment
- IFIC or CSC
- Experience in dealing with external dealers, custodians, fund companies and various government bodies
- Experience with Unitrax, Fundserv or Dataphile

Job Description
What is the opportunity?
Working for the transfer agent you will be processing all unit holder transactions for both registered and non-registered products. Your responsibilities also include responding to account inquiries on a timely basis, identifying and resolving issues/and problems, and providing administrative support for internal

The expected salary range for the above position is $52,000 - $57,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment.
