What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians and clinical staff
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in-person and virtual communications
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective communication and strategy alignment
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams and build trust among peers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong sales and account management disposition
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a requirement for frequent travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution and knowledge of psychiatric and neurological conditions
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com and SAP
- Strong project management abilities and a results-oriented approach
- Adaptability and effectiveness in managing change within fast-paced environments
