      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
      - Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and advocacy groups
      - Collaborate with internal partners such as marketing and medical science liaisons to enhance communication and strategy execution
      - Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and industry best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong account management disposition
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record as frequent travel is required
      - Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams and build trust among peers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms such as Salesforce.com and Oracle
      - Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
      - Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
      - Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented approach
