What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and community mental health clinics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners including marketing and medical science liaisons
- Uphold highest ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience
- Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
- Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented approach
