      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and promote Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory, fostering long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
      - Drive product acceptance and growth through strategic account management and targeted education
      - Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives via in-person and virtual communications
      - Build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community mental health clinics
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on business strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
      - Strong computer skills and experience with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as the position requires frequent driving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
      - Familiarity with salesforce automation platforms and business intelligence tools
      - Proven ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
      - Adaptability and effectiveness in managing change in fast-paced environments
