      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
      - Develop and manage long-term relationships with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders
      - Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
      - Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
      - Strong understanding of business systems and salesforce automation platforms
      - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trust among peers
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
      - Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
      - Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
      - Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
      - Experience with project management and analytical problem-solving
