      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and drive growth of Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
      - Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key stakeholders
      - Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
      - Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
      - Collaborate with internal partners across various functions to optimize product promotion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
      - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency within the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
      - Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
      - Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional team settings
      - Intellectual curiosity and ability to challenge the status quo
      - Results-oriented mindset with high ethical standards
