      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and grow the employer's products within a specific geographic territory
      - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
      - Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through various communication methods
      - Identify and address opportunities and barriers to product success within the territory
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
      - Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and healthcare regulatory environments
      - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
      - Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience
      - Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
      - Experience in Psychiatry, Neurology, or antipsychotic sales
      - Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
      - A results-oriented mindset with high ethical standards and adaptability in managing change
