      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and drive growth of Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
      - Manage long-term relationships with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders
      - Execute territory sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
      - Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and challenges to product success
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure effective communication and resource management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
      - Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, demonstrating leadership skills
      - Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience in psychiatry or neurology sales, particularly within specialty pharmacy distribution
      - Familiarity with specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
      - Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
      - Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented approach
