- Ready to build a long-term career in a stable and growth-oriented industry.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to move and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required with no more than 2 moving violations.
- This is a full-time, in-person position with a five-day workweek; occasional Saturdays and/or holidays may be required.
- Rotate through key dealership departments, gaining first hand insight into sales, service, accounting, operations, customer experience, and more.

This role was created to provide recent graduates a supported start and training program in the automotive industry. This immersive program offers a clear path to build real-world skills, confidence and the foundation to grow into future leaders.
Compensation: $4,500 per month during DRVIEN program, corresponding position pay plan to follow.
