Job Description

- Deliver food orders accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of guest service.
- Communicate effectively with the team and guests.
- Maintain professionalism and good judgment while representing Spinato’s in the community.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with in-store tasks as needed when not on delivery.
- Provide guests with a warm, friendly, and helpful experience at every interaction.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving history.
- Must pass a driver background check with no major incidents in the last 5 years.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a current Food Handler’s Card/Certificate.
- Must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility
- Delivery experience is preferred but not required

Delivery Drivers are responsible for providing warm, timely, and professional service with every order delivered. We’re looking for individuals who can multitask, communicate clearly, maintain a calm and friendly demeanor under pressure, and always put our guests first. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be familiar with the delivery area or comfortable using dependable navigation.
