- Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care to people in their own homes
- Work closely with Registered Nurses and wider professionals to plan and review care
- Carry out clinical tasks in line with your Nursing Associate training
- Build strong, trusting relationships with people, their families and carers
- Keep accurate records using our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system
- A qualified Nursing Associate with current registration
- Someone who can work well within a team and use their own initiative
- Clear communication skills and a caring, professional approach
- Willingness to learn, with full training and support provided
- Ability to travel within the local area using suitable transport
- Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC Register
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent
- Have an understanding of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate and how the role can contribute to service development
- Understands and acts in accordance with NMC professional standards for practice contained within The Code
- Knowledge of when to seek advice and escalate to appropriate professional for expert help and advice
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of following procedures and treatment plans
