A career where you can make a real impact Join our integrated Children's Therapy Services on the beautiful Isle of Man as a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist and become part of a supportive, well-established multi-disciplinary team, working alongside Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Physiotherapy colleagues.
Main duties of the job
In this senior Band 7 role, youll lead the delivery of evidence-based assessments, treatments and consultancy, managing a diverse and complex caseload across schools and specialist provision centres, including mainstream settings. Were also welcoming applications from experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapists ready to take the next step, with a tailored development pathway available to support progression into the Band 7 role. Here, youll have the freedom to provide person-centred, high-quality care, using your expertise, compassion and creativity to help children reach their full potential. Youll also have the opportunity to supervise, mentor and shape the future of the service, driving innovation, implementing national strategies and working closely with the Team Lead to enhance delivery across the Island.
