    • Ensures efficient and effective Copy Center operations.
    • Contributes to waste reduction processes.
    • Manages inventory and supplies.
    • Contacts vendors and suppliers regarding maintenance and supplies.
    • Recommends processing changes to improve workflow, reduce expenses, and improve production.
    • Other duties as assigned.

      POSITION: Office Assistant - Classification E (9 month) , Copy Center
      LOCATION: Edina High School
      HOURS PER DAY: 7 hours/day M-F (7:30 am - 3:00 pm)
      DAYS PER YEAR: 190 days (9-month position)
      SUMMARY: The Copy Center office assistant manages and completes all Copy Center requests for documents and a variety of publications. Manages operations of the Copy Center, coordinating copy production, communicating with staff regarding their copy production needs and implementing quality control standards.
      ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

      RATE OF PAY: The wage for this position ranges from $22.97 to $28.97 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $22.97 per hour. However, experienced candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $25.43 per hour. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
