Job Description

- Provide general administrative support to departments as needed
- Assist in planning meetings, including executive and Board meetings
- Support the Office Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain workflow
- Assist front desk reception with phones, orders, and errands as needed
- Mailroom & Document Management
- Support mailroom operations including deliveries, sorting, distribution, and scanning
- Assist the Imaging Department with document scanning and quality control
- Help coordinate event logistics, including set-up and tear-down
- Assist with physical event set-up such as moving tables and chairs
- Office & Supply Management
- Maintain office and pantry supply inventory
- Manage printer stations, copier paper, and shred bins
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or event planning role
- Proficiency in Spanish; fluent/native speakers preferred
- Valid driver's license required; ability to run corporate errands
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings as needed
