What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to copy and paste and troubleshoot issues
- A dedicated home office or quiet workspace free from distractions
- Successful completion of identity verification with a valid photo ID
- Passing a background check prior to starting training
- Exceptional conversational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales environment or call center setting
- Familiarity with using technology and troubleshooting common issues
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
