- Unload and load machines, ensuring the finished product is moved to the next staging area.
- Perform oil and other fluid changes on machinery.
- Monitor machines while operators are on break, without operating them.
- Assist with cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining general cleanliness.
- Handle and move raw materials as needed.
- Adhere to strict guidelines regarding tasks that can and cannot be performed by tenders.
- Follow directions and instructions provided by machine operators.
- At least 6 months of mechanical experience.
- Proven attendance record verified by reference.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Experience with oil changes and minor preventative maintenance work.
- At least 6 years of experience in assembly or machine operating.
- Safety-driven with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to complete a math and mechanical aptitude test.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual with a mechanical aptitude to join our team as an Oil Changer. This role involves working closely with machine operators to ensure the smooth operation of machinery, focusing on oil changes and minor preventative maintenance tasks. This will be a 3rd shift preventative maintenance role.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.
