- Deliver high-quality, engaging online instruction to adult learners
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain strong communication with students and respond promptly to inquiries

- Collaborate with academic support teams to enhance the overall student experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science or a related field
- Online teaching and learning experience
- At least three years of practical professional work experience in a relevant field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Doctorate degree in Applied Behavioral Science or a related field
- Ability to create engaging online learning environments that foster student success
- Skill in using educational technology and learning management systems
- Experience interpreting student success data to improve teaching practices
