      The College Recruitment Specialist serves as a key member of the Undergraduate Admissions team, embedded within an academic college to strengthen recruitment, yield, and engagement efforts. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Admissions, with a dotted line to the Dean (or designated Associate/Assistant Dean), this position is responsible for developing and implementing college-specific recruitment strategies while maintaining alignment with institutional enrollment goals and messaging.

      The College Recruitment Specialist will manage the recruitment pipeline for assigned academic programs, coordinate prospective student communications, and foster close collaboration with faculty, advisors, and college leadership. This role requires autonomy, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills to ensure effective coordination between central Admissions and the academic unit. The position contributes to the university's commitment to access, inclusion, and student success.
