Job summary
OPERATIONAL HEAD OF SERVICE POLICE CUSTODY Agenda for Change 8a 1WTE Secondment/Fixed Term to 31.7.26 Leeds Community Healthcare is seeking a motivated, values-driven Operational Head of Service to lead Police Custody Healthcare within our Specialist Business Unit. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of healthcare services across police custody settings, working at the interface of health, criminal justice and partner agencies The role You will: Lead operational delivery across multi-site custody services Ensure safe staffing, quality, performance and financial control Deliver contractual and KPI requirements Provide visible, compassionate leadership to multidisciplinary teams Maintain and build strong relationships with police and commissioners
