      BizTek People is in search for an experienced Operational Resilience Program Manager / Business Analyst (Contract) for our client in NYC!

      Start Date: ASAP
      Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
      Duration: Initial 6-month engagement, with potential for extension
      Work Arrangement: Hybrid (on-site a few days per week)

      Company & Team Overview

      A leading global financial institution is seeking an Operational Resilience Program Manager to support its Operational Resilience function. The team is responsible for managing business threats, reducing disruption risk, and ensuring readiness across critical operations through resilience strategy, program execution, continuity testing, and crisis management.

      This role supports initiatives across multiple lines of business and corporate functions to meet regulatory expectations and strengthen operational resilience capabilities.

      Role Overview

      • Manage a portfolio of initiatives focused on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery compliance and improvement

      • Develop and deliver key program deliverables, including a Disaster Recovery Policy and Procedure

      • Build remediation plans, oversee execution, track progress/escalations, and prepare final submission packages

      Position Requirements

      • Strong project management experience with proven ability to lead and deliver complex initiatives

      • 5–7 years of experience, including several years in financial services

      • Background in Business Continuity Planning and/or Disaster Recovery preferred

      • Working knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements related to Operational Resilience, BCP, and DR

      • Big 4 consulting or equivalent experience is a plus

      • Detail-oriented, able to work independently, with strong organizational skills

      • Experience writing policies and procedures

      • Ability to plan/schedule timelines, track milestones, and manage deliverables

      • Skilled in producing progress reports, requirements documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      • Excellent verbal and written communication

      • Bachelor’s degree or higher

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project)
