What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements
- Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys and provide results to stakeholders
- Act as an escalation point for Service Support representatives
- Verify data accuracy and analyze metrics outside of tolerance levels
- Support asset and user management within internal systems and platforms

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations support
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills

- Ability to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance
